Rearrange PDF Pages
Reorder PDF pages by drag-and-drop free. Rearrange, delete, or add pages. 100% browser-based, no signup required.
The PDF page rearrangement tool lets you adjust page order and delete unwanted pages by dragging and dropping thumbnails. Each page is rendered as a thumbnail, allowing you to intuitively reorganize page order or select specific pages for deletion. The resulting PDF preserves all original page content quality — only the page arrangement structure is changed.
Typical use cases include removing blank pages and separator pages from scanned documents, adjusting chapter order for smoother reading, and organizing presentation material page arrangements. When scanning multi-page documents, scanners often insert blank or separator pages that can be quickly removed. When editing reports or contracts, you can rearrange sections by reordering pages without regenerating the entire document.
All processing is done locally in your browser. PDF files are never uploaded to any server, and document content remains on your device throughout the rearrangement process. Since the operation only involves reordering page structure rather than re-rendering content, large files can be handled smoothly. The thumbnail view helps quickly identify pages that need moving or deleting.

Core Features
Drag-and-Drop Sorting
Intuitive thumbnail drag-and-drop interface. Drag any page to a new position to adjust the order — changes take effect immediately, giving you full control over the final document structure.
Page Deletion
Remove blank or unwanted pages. Select specific pages and click delete to remove them from the document. Useful for cleaning up blank pages from scans, separator pages, or redundant appendices.
Thumbnail Preview
View each page’s actual content clearly for easy navigation. The thumbnail view renders real content, helping you quickly identify pages to move or delete and avoid mistakes.

Handle large files smoothly with no server-side file size limits. All processing happens locally in your browser. Once thumbnails are generated, drag-and-drop operations respond instantly with no network lag.
Use Cases
Remove Blank Pages
Eliminate blank and separator pages generated during scanning. Scanners often insert blank pages between multi-page documents — the rearrangement tool helps quickly identify and delete these unnecessary pages for a cleaner document.
Adjust Chapter Order
Reorganize document structure for smoother reading. Arrange chapters in logical order or move important content to the front without regenerating the entire document, optimizing the reading experience.
Organize Presentation Materials
Reorder slide PDF pages for better presentation flow. Rearrange slide order before a presentation, or move appendix materials to appropriate positions so the presentation follows your speaking pace.
FAQ
Can I delete pages while rearranging?
Yes. In the thumbnail sorting interface, select unwanted pages and click delete to remove them. Deletion cannot be undone, so we recommend keeping a backup of the original PDF. This is useful for removing blank pages from scans or unwanted appendices.
Can I copy pages within the PDF?
The current tool focuses on page sorting and deletion and does not offer page duplication. If you need to repeat a page’s content, first use the split PDF tool to extract that page, then use the merge PDF tool to insert it at the desired location.
Can I move pages from one PDF to another?
The rearrangement tool operates within a single document and does not support cross-document page movement. To move pages between PDFs, first merge the two files using the merge PDF tool, then use rearrangement to adjust page order, and finally split out the pages you need.
How do I reverse PDF page order?
In the thumbnail view, manually reverse the order by dragging. Move the last page to the first position, the second-to-last to the second position, and so on. This works well for documents that need to be presented in reverse order.
Can I rearrange pages in a large PDF?
Yes. Since all processing happens locally in your browser, there are no server-side file size limits. Large PDFs may take longer to generate thumbnails, but once loaded, drag-and-drop operations are smooth. The thumbnail view helps quickly locate pages to move.
What’s the difference between rearranging and splitting?
Rearranging adjusts page order within the same document without changing the number of output files — the result is still a single PDF. Splitting divides one PDF into multiple independent files, each containing a portion of the original. Rearranging changes page order; splitting changes file count.
